North East Care Connect is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities by providing access to the right resources, services and opportunities. We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves a chance to reach their full potential. Our goal is to promote greater independence, inclusion and quality of life for those we serve. 
 

We accomplish this through a variety of programs and services. Our support staff assesses client needs and develops personalised support plans to ensure clients receive the right support. North East Care Connect have well established relationships with key resources in North East Victoria such as Beyond Housing, CAV, Open Door Neighbourhood House, Loaves and Fishes, Head Space, Junction Support Services, Salvation Army, AWAHS and Mungabareena.
 

We also provide advocacy, information and referral services. Our knowledgeable staff can help navigate complex systems to obtain needed services and benefits. We maintain an extensive database of community resources and service providers to match clients with the most suitable options. 
 

North East Care Connect recognises that with the right support network and opportunities, people with disabilities can achieve remarkable things. With a vision to foster both employment opportunities and meaningful social interaction, North East Care Connect has established a safe and supportive environment at their farm, Ability Acres. Here, clients are empowered to develop practical skills in areas such as woodworking, animal husbandry, gardening, and more.
 

In addition, North East Care Connect is in the process of launching Ability Care and Emporium—an exciting initiative aimed at further expanding opportunities for clients to engage in skill development and explore pathways to employment.
