You will have the opportunity when you choose North East Care Connect to either gain one on one support OR  join one of our group support activities.

Our programs are designed to be FUN and INTERACTIVE, providing you with enthusiastic Support Workers to encourage & support you along the way.

You will be able to connect to hourly support, 1/2 and full day programs and exciting overnight adventures.
